Service and support is of course critical when deciding which chamber to purchase. For that reason TTS have formed a partnership with SJJ System Services to service, calibrate and maintain all Sanwood chambers here in the UK. They have joined us on visits to the factory in China and have a close working relationship both with TTS and Sanwood engineers.
TTS can offer a comprehensive service and maintenance programme for any of the chambers and all our chambers have a 1 year parts and labour warranty with options to extend the warranty period.
